Position Overview
- Manage Paragon Product Sales in the Central and NE U.S. regions with main responsibility over Paragon’s key accounts. Develop multi-year sales plans to meet or exceed budget. Ability to demonstrate sales results and successfully lead across organizational and cultural boundaries with strong management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Expand product sales through known and new distributor channels in the North America
- Have the ability to bring on new customers and sales channels in such categories of pest control products, turf and ag, as well as private label retail products
- Represent Paragon in Local / National Pest Management and Customer Conferences
- Make sales calls on pest control distributors throughout the US
- Work with distributor sales representatives
- Call on independent pest control companies to promote and sell Paragon products
- Prepare and give presentations at pest control conferences
- Strong knowledge of the internal workings of PMP and distribution channels
- Ability to evaluate new sales and product opportunities in North America, as well as providing product support for growth in LATAM, Mexico, Central and South America

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of sales experience required
