Position Overview

Uses system scheduling applications ensure technician schedules are efficient, customer scheduling request are handled in a timely manner, and works with Regional Planning Group to ensure Service support is provided for all scheduling needs. Responsible for maintaining work order specific data standards to help ensure effectiveness of the planning software. The position provides customer service excellence to internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer scheduling request received from Account Associates for one or more Branches within a Region
  • Execute outbound calls to customers for scheduling needs and deliver high excellence of customer service resolution
  • Review day 3, 4 and 5 of technician schedule for efficiency and make necessary adjustments to create most efficient schedule
  • Review schedules for non-revenue work and make adjustments not impacting a customer for annual Termite Reinspections
  • Review revenue work orders not canceled by the system and determine if they should be uncanceled and rescheduled
  • Review GEO Code errors and manually update agreement for those the system is not able to provide a validated address
  • Respond to technician call outs upon request
  • Review PC Backlog report and schedule INI’s
  • Review Manager schedules for 24 hour new start request
  • Review work orders scheduled out of month and offer customer current month schedule date if available
  • Work with Planning team to meet key performance metrics.
  • Other work as assigned
  • Provides reports to managers/supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or (GED) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, maintenance instructions, procedural manuals and/or government regulations
  • Ability to manage multi-task repetitive tasks
  • Basic understanding of internet, e-mail processes, software applications (such as MS Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and the public
  • Basic knowledge of the company’s branch service department as it relates to resources, territory structure, advanced planning of recurring services and schedule availability for unplanned demand
  • Basic knowledge of the company’s operating systems
  • Proficient knowledge & skill in MS Excel of Pivot Tables and basic formulas
  • Communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to process high volume of request, prioritize customer experience and meet deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned based on business need and customer demand

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
