Kindness begins
with us.

At Terminix, we’re committed to contributing and giving back to the communities where we work and live. We build trust every day by protecting and maintaning the safety of our teammates, our customers, our communities, and the environment. Terminix, our branches, and our people donate money, volunteer hours, in-kind services, and scholarships that impact thousands of lives each year.

Terminix Cares

Terminix Cares is our commitment and our platform for giving and volunteerism. Through it, we’re able to provide support to the causes close to our teammates’ hearts.

  • Terminix Cares Week, held annually, connects thousands of our teammates with dozens of local community organizations.
  • Terminix supports local and national organizations across the country, including Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, National Civil Rights Museum, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Girls Scouts of America, and the American Red Cross.
  • Through our Dollars for Doers program, Terminix recognizes teammates who are involved in their communities by providing grants of up to $500 to community organizations they support.

Moments That Matter

From helping a customer who’s having a health crisis to delivering generators to storm-impacted homes, Moments That Matter are part of the Terminix DNA. Going above and beyond is what we do. We celebrate and share these Moments That Matter because we know that while it may be “just another day in the life” of a Terminix teammate, it means a lot to the people and communities we serve.

A guardian angel

Recently, while Service Coordinator Cayla C. was working from home, a toddler appeared on her doorstep all alone. She took the child up and down the street looking for the parents. Not finding them, she called the police, who were able to locate the child’s home. They also found the child’s pregnant mother unconscious and immediately rushed her to the hospital. Cayla’s actions saved the woman’s life. The woman’s husband let her know he was forever grateful and calls Cayla their guardian angel.

Keeping customers in mind

Pest Technician Kenny W. always goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. Recently, a customer was throwing away a stack of puzzles and asked if Kenny wanted them. Kenny remembered his elderly customers who can’t leave their homes right now and accepted the puzzles. He began to deliver them to his elderly customers. Kenny’s good deed was only discovered when his manager noticed the stack of puzzles and asked Kenny about them.

Let there be light

During a recent visit to an elderly customer’s home, Outside Sales Professional Jorge D. helped her by changing out several lights bulbs that had burned out. A seemingly simple act made his customer so happy and helped her return to life as usual.
